It's important to note that at the moment we maintain our inventory in Europe and Hong Kong and we do not maintain a local inventory in Australia except for our Fascinators collection.

Order Processing and Dispatch:

Once you've placed your order, please allow for an estimated order processing and dispatch time of approximately 1-3 business days. During this period, our dedicated teams work diligently to quality check and prepare your order for shipment.

Swift and Reliable Shipping:

We're committed to delivering your order with swiftness and reliability. You can anticipate your order's arrival within 5 to 15 days after the processing period. However, please be aware that the logistics and supply industries are still recovering from the impact of COVID-19. This situation may influence the estimated delivery times.

After-Hour Orders:

We value your business and strive to process orders promptly. However, please note that orders placed outside of our regular business hours may experience slight delays in processing. Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Australian Eastern Standard Time - AEST).

Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. AEST will be considered as after-hour orders. While we'll do our best to process these orders as soon as possible, please be aware that they may not be processed until the next business day.

Extended Delivery Period:

In some cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may not receive all of your items within 4 weeks of placing your order. If you encounter any such situation, we encourage you to contact us via sales@ayla.com.au, and our dedicated team will assist you promptly.

Busy Periods and Multiple Items:

Please take note that order processing and shipping times could be longer during busy periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Additionally, when you place an order for multiple items, it's possible that your items may arrive in separate parcels. This happens because some of our products are sourced from different suppliers situated across various regions. To obtain a tracking number or for any inquiries regarding your order, please refer to the delivery confirmation email or reach out to us via sales@ayla.com.au.
